Medical Innovation @CIOMR Summer Congress

The mission

Leaving the home base and finding new perspectives: Join us at our recon mission - not in Iraq or Afghanistan, but at the Summer Congress of the Interallied Confederation of Medical Reserve Officers (CIOMR - www.ciomr.org). More than 100 medical officers are representing forces and Ministries of Defence from 13 countries. Startups learn more about innovations in defense and potential synergy effects and soldiers get inspiration for their work from the startup ecosystem.

I Opening

Learn about armed forces innovation needs and the driving forces behind defense innovation:

• Bundeswehr Cyber Innovation Hub, digital innovation accelerator in the German Armed Forces

• SOFwerX, the innovation unit of the US Special Operations Command

• NATO ACT Innovation Hub, innovation unit of Allied Command Transformation

(5 minutes each)

II Startup Pitches

Startups are invited to pitch their innovation. Field of interest are medical novelties.

(5 minutes each)

III Innovation Perspectives and Experience sharing

Are you a successful social, government, startup or military innovator? Share your innovation with our audience of startup and defense entrepreneurs.

(5 minutes each)

IV Networking

Every successful mission ends with time for chats.
